Accepted Payment Methods
At present we accept one payment method: direct bank transfer.
- Direct bank transfer: after you place your order, our bank details are shown on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Use your order number as the payment reference.
We do not currently accept credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. If we add payment methods, they will be shown at checkout and this policy will be updated.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order it is held as on hold until your bank transfer arrives.
Orders are processed only after the full payment has been received in our account and verified.
If the amount received does not match the order total, we will contact you before processing the order.
Currency
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Any fees your bank charges for sending the transfer are your responsibility.

Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
