How it is used
Connect the cylinder to a compatible pressure regulator and hose (sold separately), then charge a cream dispenser with the amount of gas its manufacturer recommends. Shake the dispenser and dispense. One large cylinder replaces many single 8 g chargers, which means fewer changeovers during busy service and less packaging to dispose of.
Safety
- For food and drink preparation only. Never inhale nitrous oxide; inhaling it can cause serious injury or death.
- Contents are under high pressure. Escaping gas is extremely cold and can cause freeze burns; do not puncture, heat or disassemble the cylinder.
- Store upright in a cool, dry place below 122°F (50°C), away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your dispenser and regulator.
